Google Fonts (Pro Feature)
Google Fonts is a library of over two thousand free and open source fonts. Wordmark connects to Google's servers and fetches the fonts and displays them with your text. This makes it very convinient for you to choose the font that works best with your text.
To load Google Fonts
- Enter a text to preview your fonts
- Click the Google Fonts navigation menu item
- Wordmark will display your text with Google Fonts
To filter Google Fonts by predefiend tags or weight
- Follow the steps above to see your preview with Google Fonts
- Select one or more tags from the tags
- Select Thinnest, Thickest, or any of the dots with warying thickness in between
- Deactivate a selected tag by clicking it again
Selecting multiple tags will filter Google fonts with any of the selected tags. Each Google font has only one tag associated with it and they cannot be further tagged.
Downloading Google Fonts
Fonts in the Google Fonts catalog are published under licenses that allow you to use them on your projects, whether it’s commercial or personal. You can check the licences of the fonts in Google Fonts Font Attributions List
- Follow the steps above to see your preview with Google Fonts
- Select the fonts you are interested in
- Click the button
- Hover your mouse over each font to reveal the Download this font link
